Licence, not ownership
A digital product purchase grants the named holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the tier shown on the receipt. Copyright and underlying intellectual property remain with the creator.
Permitted use
Personal, team, firm, organisation and studio tiers apply only as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. You may adapt the product for permitted projects but may not resell, redistribute or publish the source product as a competing template.
Licence verification
A unique code may be issued to the purchaser. Verification shows the product, tier, holder and current status without exposing payment details. Fraudulent, refunded or materially breached licences may be suspended or revoked.
Questions about scope
If your intended use does not clearly fit a published tier, ask before purchasing. Written permission or an expanded licence may be required.
