These records represent different stages of development: leadership before employment, education before technology, technology before systems building, and continuous learning throughout.

Why they matter
I present them as evidence of capabilities deliberately developed over time. Consulting strengthened how I work with people. Data strengthened how I evaluate evidence. Design strengthened how I communicate. Leadership strengthened how I think about responsibility.
The collection is broad because the problems I work on are broad. The standard is still the same: the learning should eventually make the work more useful.
Leadership became part of my development early. These records reflect responsibility, communication, service and the ability to work with and influence other people.

Completed a four year accredited youth peer education programme focused on leadership development, social behaviour change, education and employability. The programme is aligned to unit standard 264256.
